As the Digital Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of implementing transformative digital projects for stores, eCommerce, and customer touchpoints across all channels. With the strategy already in place, your focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery and optimisation of key growth initiatives and digital innovations, while staying within budget and meeting all milestones. This role reports to the head of Tech for COS and will involve a high level of collaboration with project owners based in Sweden.
What you will do:
- Drive Project Execution and follow up: Lead the execution of the digital and tech initiatives, ensuring that key projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the program manager for each project—based in Sweden—and act as the primary point of contact between them and key departments and stakeholders in COS. This includes coordinating project timelines and deliverables, and developing work plans to ensure successful execution.
- Optimisation: Optimise tech solutions to enhance ways of working, improve customer experience, and drive cross-channel selling efficiency.
- Budget and Timeline: Ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed budget, tracking progress against timelines and identifying any potential risks to successful delivery.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and tech partners, following up to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of tech solutions.
Qualifications:
- Solid expertise from working in e-commerce and digital roles, fashion, beauty or luxury goods experience is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience integrating and optimising tech/digital solutions that improve customer experience and support business goals.
- Project Management: Previous experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Knowledge of project management approaches, such as waterfall and management systems such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Delivery & Execution: Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. Demonstrate resilience under pressure.
- Problem Solving & Judgment: Ability to analyse issues logically, use data and evidence to guide decisions and anticipate and address issues before they arise.
- Communication: Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, able to explain technical or complex points simply and keep stakeholders informed and updated.
- Collaboration: Work constructively with other colleagues, share knowledge and support teammates. Open-minded and accept feedback professionally.
- Adaptability & Learning: Able to adjust to changing priorities, learn new tools and processes quickly and show curiosity and self-development.
- Integrity: Demonstrate reliability and accountability and feel comfortable to follow policies and standards.

This is a Full-time Temporary contract - 12 months (on site) based at our Head Office in London.
