Reporting to the Head of Talent and Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in identifying leadership capability gaps and driving the implementation of H&M Group tools, learning programs, leadership principles, and development experiences. Your work will empower our leaders to lead with care, inspire their teams, deliver exceptional results, and confidently guide COS into the future—creating an industry-leading experience for their people.
What you will do:
- Analyse leadership capability gaps and define what skills need to be developed to meet COS's strategic objectives and employee experience goals.
- Secure processes, frameworks, and methods for leadership development and identification across all levels of management.
- Implement assessments and design development strategies that strengthen leaders in their current roles while preparing them for future positions and aligning with COS's organizational goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider H&M Group to review and leverage available leadership development tools and training programs, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into onboarding and ongoing development plans for COS colleagues.
- Partner with the Learning team to embed leadership training as a core component of onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Work with HR BPs to embed leadership development into business strategy and culture.
