As Learning & Development Lead, you will set the vision and deliver a global learning strategy that strengthens organizational capability and accelerates COS's growth ambitions. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity. You will be implementing impactful, future-focused learning programs across all markets—embedding learning into key career moments such as onboarding, progression, and leadership pathways. By partnering closely with HR Business Partners, other Talent & Leadership Development team colleagues, and external experts, you will ensure learning experiences are innovative, inclusive, and measurable—empowering our people with the skills and confidence to lead COS into the future.
What You Will Do
- Work alongside the Head of Talent and Leadership Development to design and deliver a long‑term learning strategy aligned with COS's People Strategy and business goals.
- Create and roll out learning experiences—digital, in‑person, and blended—tailored to diverse audiences and embedded into onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development.
- Measure impact and improve delivery, using data and feedback to refine programs and ensure alignment with performance goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider H & M Group to review and leverage available learning tools and training programs, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into onboarding and ongoing development plans for COS colleagues.
- Collaborate with HRBP and Talent teams to integrate learning into recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning.
- Stay ahead of L & D trends, leveraging innovations and external partnerships to shape future strategy and maximize impact.
What you need to succeed
- Previous experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs that build leadership capability and align with organizational strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of leadership theories and learning methodologies.
- Strong ability to plan and execute complex initiatives, managing multiple stakeholders and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Analytical mindset to assess business needs and recommend innovative solutions.
- Creativity in developing engaging learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and inspire cultural transformation.
