What you will do:
- Insight & Stakeholder Leadership
- Proactively identify customer and commercial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present concise, insight‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Translate complex analysis into clear stories and visualisations.
- Customer & Commercial Analytics
- Deliver forward‑looking analysis using transactional data, CRM, digital analytics, and customer research.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking core customer and commercial KPIs.
- Identify emerging customer patterns early and inform timely commercial action.
- Planning, KPIs & Advanced Analytics
- Define, track, and evaluate customer‑centric KPIs and performance.
- Support forecasting and planning across acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Develop predictive models (e.g. churn, lifetime value, propensity) to enable proactive decision‑making.
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to global and regional teams.
