KPIs: Traffic, Marketing & Communication Metrics (Impression/ Reach, EMV, ROAS), Budgeting & Planning Accuracy

ABOUT THE ROLE: Responsible for developing and driving strategies to advertising investments, connecting all marketing & communications activities are efficiently linked to tangible business results. Act as a key partner to Controlling, Marketing and Communications teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive budget and forecasting process, ensuring all omni‑channel advertising investments are strategically allocated across the marketing funnel to generate traffic to physical stores and online channels.
  • Set, track, and analyze financial and advertising related KPIs for campaigns and collaborations, drawing conclusions from trends to support future planning and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global teams to optimize investments.
  • Key marketing & communications strategist for the region, collaborating closely with the Regional Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve processes, creating new tools and standardized ways of working to drive efficiency (i.e. invoice tracking for timely & accurate cost bookings, sample ordering processes, spend trackers).
  • Support global development and use of Business Intelligence (BI) systems and tools for marketing, ensuring stakeholders can make data‑driven decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling specifically within a marketing and communications function.
  • Ability to analyze commercial and advertising KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, returns) and translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Skilled in presenting complex financial and commercial data clearly to influence stakeholders and guide business decisions.
  • Capable of translating marketing activities into financial outcomes and aligning spend with long‑term profitability and growth goals.
  • Adept at collaborating with and influencing cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, and Controlling.
