Job Description As the Head of E‑com EMEA you will shape and deliver COS’s long‑term digital growth vision across EMEA by driving innovation, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding marketplace and franchise ecosystems. This role is accountable for building a scalable e‑commerce infrastructure that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens brand presence, and ensures operational excellence across owned and partner channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Group, and external partners. Insight however, due to the high level of cross‑department collaborations, approximately 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and teamwork.
