Job Description: As the Concession Manager, you will contribute to the overall performance of our new flagship concession in Selfridges, London. In this role you will lead a team of people to ensure the concession is run in the most efficient way.

  • Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experience
  • Analysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performance
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
  • Leading recruitment and ensuring induction and training for new starters is carried out
  • Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
  • Overseeing concession operations
  • Creating a great place to work

This is a full‑time position with a contract of 39 hours a week based in our new COS Concession within Selfridges, Oxford Street.
