As the Concession Manager, you will contribute to the overall performance of our new flagship concession in Selfridges, London. You will lead a team of people to ensure the concession runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experience
- Analysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performance
- Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
- Leading recruitment and ensuring induction and training for new starters
- Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
- Overseeing concession operations
- Creating a great place to work
Qualifications

Additional Information
This is a full‑time position with a contract of 39 hours a week, based in our new COS concession within Selfridges, Oxford Street.
