Develop and implement weekly site plans based on regional commercial strategies and the digital marketing calendar, manage promotions and sales activations, ensuring the sites mirror our shared goals.

Oversee the layout, visual look, and overall content of the website according to the COS brand ID and visual guidelines through the content management system (Storyblok).

Collaborate within your Regional E-Commerce Team to establish a customer journey that drives profitable E-Commerce selling towards the set targets and merchandise goals, ensuring product enrichment to maximise selling potential.

Deliver weekly performance reports and use data-driven insights to optimise site experience and conversion rates through A/B testing.

Align with digital marketing channel representatives to secure customer journey relevance from customer-facing channels to site.

Support the E-Commerce Digital Experience Team by delivering briefs that outline customer experience expectations set by COS Global teams.

Partner with IT and development teams to plan, test, and implement new website features, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on site optimisation, including CRO, SEO, and digital expansion initiatives.

  • Sales driven and result oriented with a passion for the digital landscape.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and A/B testing.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
