This is an exceptionally varied role, working directly with Global Clients, ensuring success of all aspects of their services contracts. Ideal for Early Careers candidates (Technology Graduates), giving you the opportunity to learn more about:
- Technology Services Contracts typically complex, with defined milestones and KPIs.
- Project Management where you ensure that all aspects of the services agreed are implemented within budget to agreed dates.
- Working both externally, and internally across global teams.
- Critical Problem Solving working with internal teams to resolve issues which occur as part of service delivery.
- Reporting providing KPI, financial and escalation reporting for global SMT.
This is a very outcome focused role, which gives you the ability to develop a range of skills and comes with a career pathway to project management, commercial management and services management in the longer term. Where you own and are responsible for the end-to-end client delivery. This is a role which is ideal for someone who has completed a technology degree but doesn't want to specialise in technical delivery (software development, network support etc.), but still wants to work for a global technical company.
What you will need:
- Degree in (some aspect of) Computing/IT/Technology.
- Evidence of critical thinking, where you have solved issues or problems either as part of your degree course or as part of your work experience.
- Project Management or Project Co-Ordination experience, which can be gained as part of your degree or work experience.
- Drive and excellent communication skills, with a real focus on career development.
