This is a newly created, high-impact role within a global technology company focused on the return, recovery, reuse, and redeployment of high-value equipment. In this position, you will have a major impact on ESG for both end customers and our client by coordinating equipment repurchases.
You will manage the flow of high-value assets once they are bought back from customers, ensuring they move efficiently through disposition:
- Returns coordinate and support transportation, track logistics, and monitor the inventory receiving process to prevent bottlenecks or delays.
- Equipment is then assessed for repair/refurbishment, resale, harvest or recycling.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end asset flow post buy-back.
- You will sit between commercial, supply chain, and operations, giving you broad exposure to the business.
- Coordinate across the supply chain, 3PL partners, repair vendors, and internal teams.
- Track returns inventory, movement, and create performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve delays.
- Develop an internal resale platform.
- Liaise with colleagues on stock availability and levels.
- Report to Senior Supply Chain Director, with support from colleagues in the Belfast office.

We're looking for:
- Proven track record in Project Management in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or service environments.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, inventory management software, data analysis and ERP systems.
This is an initial 12-month contract, and our client is experiencing a significant, sustained period of growth and has an excellent work culture.
