Working for a global technology leader, you will be responsible for endâtoâend supply assurance across their customer orderbook. Ensuring customer schedules, ship plans, and revenue commitments are met across a global product portfolio. You will be a senior execution lead and trusted advisor within global Supply Chain, driving:
- Order prioritisation.

Responsibilities
- Supply Assurance & Order Execution: Own dayâtoâday supply assurance for assigned products and customer segments, addressing supply gaps to protect scheduled ship dates, project deployments, and ship plan commitments. Independently drive resolution of supply, allocation, and distribution constraints by coordinating across Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Distribution team. Support and execute within established order promising and allocation frameworks, raising recommendations for prioritisation and tradeâoff decisions as needed.
- Customer & Executive Communication: Develop and deliver concise executiveâlevel summaries of supply status, risks, customer impacts, and recovery plans. Proactively communicate delivery impacts and recovery timing to internal stakeholders, enabling informed customer conversations. Act as a key point of escalation for complex customer delivery issues requiring crossâfunctional alignment.
- Performance Analysis & Decision Support: Perform revenue, risk, and opportunity analysis against firm demand, backlog, and quoted business to support leadership decisionâmaking. Analyse service performance metrics, including: Performance to Original Promise Date, Promise Date Change Metrics, BookâtoâPromise and BookâtoâShip intervals, Performance to Scheduled Ship Date. Lead deepâdive root cause analysis on service failures and recommend corrective actions.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration: Serve as a primary execution partner to Supply Planning and Distribution teams to align vendor supply, demand signals, and shipment execution. Participate in and contribute to crossâfunctional forums focused on shipment execution, recovery planning, and backlog health. Influence outcomes through dataâdriven recommendations, even when direct authority does not exist.
- Process & Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring failure points in fulfilment execution and recommend process or system enhancements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at leadâtime reduction, improved delivery reliability, and increased operational agility. Prepare recurring and adâhoc analysis and reporting to support portfolioâlevel reviews and leadership updates.
Education & Experience: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with depth in Supply Planning, Master Scheduling, Customer Order Promising, Supply Assurance, or Order Fulfilment. Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and planning standards; Kinaxis Rapid Response and Oracle ERP experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large, complex datasets; strong PowerPoint skills for executiveâready communication. Ideally Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Strong communicator with the ability to distil complex supply issues into clear risks, tradeâoffs, and recommendations. Comfortable operating under pressure and ambiguity in a fastâpaced, customerâdriven environment. Collaborative partner who builds strong relationships and influences outcomes through credibility, insight, and followâthrough. This role does not have direct people management responsibility but operates with a high degree of autonomy and visibility.
