You are the End-to-end Enterprise Architect, defining the SAP retail solution, driving & supporting the team to successfully deliver. You will be supported by the wider SMT.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end architecture for SAP retail solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, digital transformation goals, and enterprise technology standards.
  • Oversee SAP retail system landscapes across SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, SAP F&R, SAP PMR, POS systems, and integrated supply-chain and omnichannel platforms.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, solution owners, domain specialists, and technical teams to design scalable, high-performance, and future-ready retail architectures.
  • Define and maintain the SAP Retail enterprise architecture blueprint across business, application, data, and integration domains.
  • Develop future-state architecture aligned with S/4HANA transformation, cloud strategy, and retail digital initiatives.
  • Lead solution architecture for SAP Retail programs including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Define integration patterns and standards between SAP and non-SAP systems: POS Solutions (SAP POS, GK, NCR), E-commerce platforms (Hybris, Shopify, etc.) and WMS, TMS, CRM, finance, marketing, and loyalty platforms.
  • Conduct architecture review boards, solution assurance sessions, and impact assessments.

  • OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability & Sourcing)
  • SAP loyalty engines, digital offers, and couponing
  • Retail pricing optimization tools (Revionics, GK, etc.)
  • SAP IBP, APO, or advanced supply chain planning
  • DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and automation tools
  • TOGAF Certified, SAP Retail or S/4HANA Certifications
