This role will transform supplier performance through data, providing both as is, and predictive reporting. This role will partner directly with Procurement leaders and reshape how we measure, predict, and improve supplier execution.
Be the primary analytics partner to Procurement:
- Work with the senior management team to identify the art of the possible. Help them interpret metrics, understand supplier behaviour, and make informed data led decisions.
- Translate complex business questions into clear analytical outputs that drive action.
Own and enhance Procurement KPIs & performance frameworks:
- Lead the design and governance of core supplier metrics including On‑time‑to‑Commit, On‑time‑to‑CRD, On‑time‑to‑Published Lead Time, and supplier flexibility.
- Implement deterministic “look‑back” and accumulative performance metrics to show not just what was delivered—but what remains outstanding.
Drive supplier insights & predictive analytics:
- Build tools and logic that improve visibility into second‑line components, risk areas, and lead‑time adherence.
- Develop early‑warning signals for suppliers at risk of slippage and support supplier reviews and QBRs.
Influence business decisions:
- Partner with the VP of Supply Chain Procurement to prepare executive‑level analysis for negotiations, readiness forums, and sourcing decisions.
- Play a central role in modernising how Procurement consumes and uses data.
Your background:
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 4+ years in supply chain analytics, BI, procurement data, or supplier performance.
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes, lead‑time dynamics, and supplier execution.
- Technical ability across Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, Oracle ERP data, or similar.
