This 24/7, high-volume fresh produce site processes significant weekly volumes for a major UK retailer. The wider operation includes multiple production units covering both added-value and fresh products, with this role focused on the fresh side of the business.
Across the Lincoln site they have a large, mixed workforce of permanent and agency staff, totalling around 900 people. The operation is complex, fast-paced and is receiving major investment to ensure they remain at the front of modern practices and technology, further positioning them as leaders within the sector.
Alongside strong group growth and ongoing investment, the site combines stability with clear ambition giving further opportunity for you to develop your career. This development is further backed by the investment in a training academy which focuses on giving all staff the ability to grow into future leaders.
What You’ll Bring:
