Responsibilities

  • Manage the office inbox, responding to general queries, quote requests, and booking‑related emails in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
  • Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Book and (re)schedule jobs, assigning tasks to technicians and managing the diary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Input customer information into our CRM/job management software (user‑friendly system; full training provided).
  • Relay job updates and feedback to customers promptly and clearly.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism – our clients have been with us for decades because their happiness is our success and top priority.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to existing and potential clients to i) request reviews and feedback after completed jobs, and ii) share information on promotions, limited‑time offers, and new services/products.
  • Collaborate with our small UK‑based office team, who will provide onboarding, training, and support with escalations.
