About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in Wolverhampton.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and medication prompts where required.
- Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and family members.
Essential Requirements
- Previous care experience is essential.
- Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible and reliable with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Right to work in the UK.
Mandatory Training Applicants must hold current certification in:
