Corus Consultancy is seeking an Outreach and Sustainment Officer to support individuals who are sleeping rough or at risk of homelessness across Waltham Forest. The role delivers proactive, trauma-informed outreach, engages vulnerable individuals, and connects them with housing, health, welfare and specialist support services to reduce harm and improve well-being.
You will provide ongoing tenancy sustainment support from temporary accommodation through to independent living, helping service users.
