Corus Consultancy in Waltham Forest is seeking an Outreach & Sustainment Officer to support individuals who are sleeping rough or at risk of homelessness. You will deliver trauma-informed outreach, conduct welfare checks, assess needs, and connect clients with housing, health and specialist support.
You will provide tenancy sustainment support from move-in to independent living, helping service users settle in, access essential services and maintain housing stability through multi-agency collaboration.
