The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 Β£ per hour.

About the Role We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work across a range of supported living services in Newmarket.

The services specialise in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs , helping them to live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Provide high-quality person-centred care and support.

Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.

Promote independence, well being, and social inclusion.

Support individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.

Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations at all times.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

Essential Requirements Candidates must hold relevant training and experience in some or all of the following: PEG Feeding Buccal Medication Administration Medication Management Epilepsy Awareness Dysphagia Awareness Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Catheter Care Mandatory Training Certificate What We Offer Flexible shift patterns including days, nights, weekends, and sleep-ins.
