We are currently recruiting for a HR adviser for our prestigious client based in West Bromwich. The ideal candidate must have some previous experience working in a similar role. The role would require you to work primarily at West Bromwich but you may be required to work out of Cardiff and Lincoln on occasion - (A pool car will be available for this). Must be able to drive.
Summary of Tasks:
- Advising Line Managers on areas of the Employment Life cycle, including Absence Management, Grievance, Disciplinary, etc.
- Supporting with Recruitment, Interviews and Onboarding.
- System processing employment changes.
- Coordinate and attend trade union meetings.
Level of Experience:
- Experienced at interim type work and able to hit the ground running quickly.
- Experienced Employee Relations Advisor.
- Trade Union experience is ideal, however not essential.
- Flexible to work additional hours if needed.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Converse with varying levels of the organisation.
