About the Role As a VAWG Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy (Apply online only). You will act as the designated point of contact for the Domestic Abuse Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (DA MARAC), ensuring its effective administration, coordination, and development. This role also involves: Supporting the implementation of responsibilities under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. Coordinating multi-agency responses to high-risk victims of violence. Delivering training and consultation to stakeholders and agencies. Analyzing data to identify trends and drive improvements in service delivery. Contributing to the overarching goal of reducing domestic abuse rates. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administrate the DA MARAC, ensuring effective operation and performance. Develop and deliver training for practitioners on the MARAC process and risk assessment. Prepare agendas, case referrals, and accurate minutes for MARAC meetings. Maintain and analyse referral, outcome, and demographic data to identify emerging trends and gaps in service delivery.
