Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students. Assess, monitor, and record learner progress. Provide support and guidance to help students achieve their goals. Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success. Requirements Relevant degree or professional qualification. Previous lecturing or teaching experience within a college or educational setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.
