About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team across the West Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
Monitor and record patients' conditions and report concerns promptly.
Develop and maintain person-centred care plans.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Promote patient dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Adhere to NMC guidelines, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards.
Essential Requirements Valid NMC Registration (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, or Children's Nurse).
Previous nursing experience is essential.
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Right to work in the UK.
Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.
Mandatory Training Applicants must hold current certification in
Safeguarding Adults Basic Life Support (BLS) Moving and Handling Infection Prevention and Control Health and Safety Fire Safety Equality, Diversity and Inclusion GDPR and Confidentiality Medication Management Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Do LSDesirable Requirements CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Training Experience within mental health, learning disability, nursing home, supported living, or acute care settings.
