We are actively recruiting Registered Nurses and Care Assistants to work across a group of well-regarded care homes in West Sussex, with Horsham as a central point. These homes provide high-quality care in a range of specialist areas, including short-term care, dementia care, palliative care, nursing care, residential, and respite support. What\’s on Offer: Consistent 12-hour day or waking night shifts Modern, purpose-built homes with 40-56 ensuite rooms A supportive working environment with experienced staff teams Opportunity to work across multiple services, expanding your experience and flexibility Nurse Duties Include: Care planning tailored to residents\’ evolving needs Full medicine management responsibilities Clinical care delivery and health monitoring Leading, supporting, and motivating care teams Care Assistant Duties Include: Personal care and support with daily activities Medication assistance (with training) Accurate and clear record keeping Engagement in social activities and resident wellbeing One-to-one and two-to-one support depending on care level Ideal Candidates Will Have: Relevant qualifications (NMC pin for nurses, up-to-date training for care staff) Strong experience in elderly and/or dementia care A compassionate, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to travel between homes (optional but beneficial)
