We are working with a leading healthcare regulatory organisation to recruit a Legal Administrator to join its Legal and Governance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual looking to develop their career within a professional legal and regulatory environment.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across a range of legal, regulatory and governance matters, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Governance team across a range of regulatory and legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records, case files, databases and document management systems.
  • Assist with the preparation, formatting and organisation of legal and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, hearings, case reviews and other legal or regulatory activities.
  • Monitor deadlines, actions and key milestones to ensure matters progress within required timescales.
  • Assist with the collation and preparation of information and documentation for legal and regulatory cases.
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams, legal professionals, regulated professionals and other external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and in accordance with data protection requirements.
  • Support the production of reports, correspondence, meeting notes and other documentation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems within the Legal function.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a professional environment where accuracy and confidentiality are essential.

You will ideally have

  • Previous experience in a legal, regulatory, compliance, healthcare or professional services environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and managing documentation.
  • The ability to prioritise competing workloads and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • A professional and collaborative approach when working with colleagues and external stakeholders.

A legal qualification or experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
