- Experience of supporting and developing the Liquidlogic application
- Expert in an area of Social care - Adults, Childrens or Education
- Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- An in-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Strong expertise in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of application systems
- Experience of managing escalations to external suppliers, monitoring responses; taking action and seeing issues through to resolution
- Proficiency in planning and managing system upgrades
