The predicted salary is between 38228 - 46723 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for a HR adviser for our prestigious client based in West Bromwich. The ideal candidate must have some previous experience working in a similar role. The role would require you to work primarily at West Bromwich but you may be required to work out of Cardiff and Lincoln on occasion (a pool car will be available for this). Must be able to drive.

Summary of duties are below along with level of experience:

  • Advising Line Managers on areas of the Employment Life cycle, these will extensively include Absence Management, Grievance, Disciplinary etc.
  • Supporting with Recruitment, Interviews and Onboarding.
  • System processing employment changes.
  • Coordinate and attend trade union meetings.

Level of Experience:

  • Experienced at interim type work and able to hit the ground running quickly.
  • Experienced Employee Relations Advisor.
  • Trade Union experience is ideal, however not essential.
  • Flexible to work additional hours if needed.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Converse with varying levels of the organisation.
