When our clients tell us they have a warm desk they want us to hire someone for, we are as sceptical as anyone but this is actually warm! Our client is a well established healthcare recruiter with a solid structure in place in terms of database, compliance and existing relationships. They are looking for a proactive consultant to take on an existing desk and take it to new heights over the next few years. Ideally you will be a contract/temps recruiter with a min of 12 months experience who is used to working to tight deadlines and able to make things happen! A background in healthcare is preferred but not essential.
