Key Responsibilities
- Assisting service users with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with mobility and ensuring a safe environment.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans.
- Adhering to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Must hold a valid Mandatory Care Training Certificate (or equivalent mandatory training in Health & Social Care).
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Right to work in the UK.
