We are recruiting energetic and proactive Support Workers for a long-term placement. The service provides 2:1 support, operating 24 hours a day, with both day and night shifts available. This is an ongoing assignment offering consistent hours and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive team.
About the Service User
You will be supporting an active adult male who enjoys a busy and varied lifestyle. Successful candidates must be confident engaging in:
- Gym activities
- Walks in all weather
- Exploring new activities, culture, and heritage
- Consistently active daily routines
There is never a dull moment in this service, and team members must be able to stay engaged, enthusiastic, and proactive throughout their shift.
Candidate Requirements
- Male workers only (due to service-user needs)
- Up-to-date MCA and DoLS training is essential
- Must be comfortable with high-energy, activity-based support
- No hour restrictions β the service requires staffing to cover 672 hours per week
- Additional onsite training will be provided for suitable candidates
