We’re partnering with a respected organisation within a regulated environment, offering an opportunity to join their Fitness to Practise team. This is a key support role where you’ll help manage and progress sensitive casework, ensuring matters are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with strict standards. You’ll support investigations, manage your own caseload, and play an important part in maintaining high-quality outcomes within a structured and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing administrative and casework support across regulatory teams
  • Managing a caseload of monitoring matters and preparing reports
  • Supporting investigations and progressing cases through to closure
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Preparing documentation and evidence bundles
