About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team across the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
  • Monitor and record patients' conditions and report concerns promptly.
  • Develop and maintain person-centred care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
  • Promote patient dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Adhere to NMC guidelines, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid NMC Registration (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, or Children's Nurse).
  • Previous nursing experience is essential.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Flexible and reliable approach to working hours.

Desirable Requirements

  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Training
  • Experience within mental health, learning disability, nursing home, supported living, or acute care settings.
  • Up-to-date clinical competencies.
