Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises and maintain a safe and secure environment..
- Conduct regular patrols and fire safety checks..
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or incidents..
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow site procedures..
- Maintain accurate incident and patrol records..
- Liaise professionally with residents, visitors, contractors and site management..
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or CCTV License.
- IHQ Safety Awareness L3.
- IHQ Child and Safety Awareness L3.
- Ability to work day/night shifts, including weekends where required.

Employment: Part-time
Salary: from £14.5 hourly
