About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work across a range of supported living services in Newmarket.
The services specialise in supporting adults with
Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs , helping them to live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.
- Provide high-quality person-centred care and support.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
- Promote independence, well being, and social inclusion.
- Support individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health conditions.
- Administer and record medication in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and CQC regulations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
Essential Requirements Candidates must hold relevant training and experience in some or all of the following:
- PEG Feeding
- Buccal Medication Administration
- Medication Management
- Epilepsy Awareness
- Dysphagia Awareness
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Catheter Care
- Mandatory Training Certificate
- Moving and Handling practical
- DBS on the update service
