We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to candidates, commercially minded, and keen to build a career within recruitment. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing and database searches
- Making candidate calls and building strong relationships
- Candidate registrations and onboarding
- Chasing and managing compliance requirements
- Coordinating interviews
- Booking workers and managing availability
- Managing candidate availability and daily requirements
- Client administration and account support
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Vacancy management
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Conducting candidate database searches
- Dealing with day-to-day candidate queries
- Supporting urgent client requirements
- Providing general recruitment and account support
