  • About Law Connect

When people face a legal problem, most don’t know where to start.

Law Connect exists to change that - helping everyone understand their situation, build confidence, and find the right legal help when it matters most.

We’re redefining how consumers get legal help by combining AI with our leading lawyer marketplace.

Law Connect is part of ATI Global, giving us the backing, resources, and ambition of a global technology business while still operating with the pace, ownership, and energy of a startup.

This is an environment built around innovation, experimentation, and moving quickly.

Small team, real momentum, and a global ambition.

You’ll work alongside talented people who care deeply about making legal help accessible to everyone.

What you’ll do

After building strong momentum in Australia, we’re now launching the next phase of Law Connect in the United Kingdom, with an initial focus on London and surrounding regions.

This is an opportunity to establish the brand, build a high-quality network of law firms, and shape how the platform grows in a major legal market.

As the Head of Sales & Success you’ll report to the Chief Customer Officer based in Sydney and be the local commercial and customer leader for the market.

You’re responsible for acquiring law firms, helping them succeed on the platform, building the frontline team, and laying the foundations for sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on market-building role: you won’t inherit a finished team, a mature playbook, or an established local brand – you’ll build all three.

To make this happen you will

  • Build, coach and manage a high-performing frontline team across sales, onboarding and customer success.
  • Create and execute the UK law firm acquisition plan – with clear targets for pipeline, conversion, activation and paying firm growth.
  • Personally lead important early sales conversations and strategic firm relationships.
  • Build a repeatable sales process that converts suitable firms into active, paying customers.
  • Develop clear customer journeys from initial interest through to activation, retention and account growth.
  • Build practical playbooks, reporting, dashboards and operating rhythms for the UK team.
  • Provide market feedback and commercial insight to help shape pricing, product priorities and the UK growth strategy.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Experience leading Sales, Customer Success, Account Management or a combined revenue function.
  • A strong track record of winning B2B customers and growing commercial relationships over time.
  • Experience recruiting, managing and coaching frontline teams.
  • Experience building a new market, team, territory or go-to-market function.
  • Strong commercial judgement, forecasting skills and comfort working with targets and data.
  • Experience building sales processes, customer journeys, playbooks and reporting.
  • You are the type of person who
  • Has unparalleled communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate credibly with law firm leaders and senior decision-makers.
  • You’re a commercially minded market builder who knows how to win customers, lead a team, and help them achieve real value.
  • You’re equally comfortable building a forecast and picking up the phone to close a deal.
  • You see sales and customer success as two halves of the same commercial journey.
  • You thrive on ambiguity and pace, and turn early learning into structure and repeatable performance.

Law Connect is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.

If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.
