ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Property Manager is responsible for the day to day management and client relationship of a portfolio of developments defined within a geographical location. All management aspects of the development are the responsibility of the Property Manager. The portfolio is likely to comprise of a mix of property types (in terms of age, size and location of property) and you are likely to be working with a variety of different clients (freeholders, RMCs, RTMs).
The role of the Property Manager is varied, the list of expected (but not limited) responsibilities are listed below and additional tasks may be added at any time.
