We are on a mission to ensure everyone has access to medical expertise, no matter where they are. Half the world still lacks access to quality healthcare. Even in advanced systems, outcomes are uneven, and clinicians are overwhelmed. Medical knowledge grows faster than human capacity can keep up. Corti is building the infrastructure to close that gap. Our AI platform expands access to medical expertise, reducing errors, restoring time to clinicians, and making care more affordable, accessible, and human again.

Corti is building the intelligence layer for global healthcare. We give every developer, product team, and healthcare innovator access to medical-grade AI, so the world can deliver care that is faster, safer, and more human. Built entirely for healthcare and adjacent industries, Corti's models are trained on real-world data and optimized for precision, safety, and regulatory trust. Through modular APIs, teams can embed medical speech recognition, summarization, reasoning, and much more directly into healthcare products without reinventing the foundation.

We are seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking individual to join our team as the Digital Natives Healthcare GTM Leader. Your job is to get Corti's AI into the hands of as many motivated partners as possible, so they can help their customers across the UK and Irish healthcare sector reach new heights. Every time our partners sell our products, a doctor somewhere gets a little more time for patients, increases the quality of the consultation and spends a little less fighting paperwork. This position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful partnership development, but even more importantly, it requires the right kind of person with grit, determination, and an intense longing to make a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build high quality relationships with key C-level executives.
  • Sell directly to customers too, and you often join sales calls to drive home the point.
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of potential partnership opportunities.
  • Drive negotiations and contract discussions with partners, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure favorable terms.
  • Train and facilitate partners, reps and sales people in how to pitch Corti.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years working with digital-native and tech-forward healthcare software companies in the UK.
  • Experience driving adoption of API-first, platform or AI infrastructure products.
  • Understanding of how modern healthtech products are built and scaled for provider markets.
  • Comfortable engaging founders, product leaders, and engineering teams.
  • Technically fluent; comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows — familiarity with JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar backend languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare AI concepts and platform economics (e.g., tokens, usage-based pricing, credits, accuracy and safety considerations).

What you bring:

  • Strong hunter–farmer mindset with a track record of growing strategic accounts.
  • Proven success selling enterprise B2B platform, or API-based products.
  • Consistent quota achievement as an individual contributor or team lead.
  • Collaborative and trusted partner across founders, product teams, and commercial stakeholders.
  • High ownership and willingness to step in beyond role boundaries to drive outcomes.
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC).
  • Structured, credible presenter with strong commercial drive.
  • Excellent English communication skills in remote and asynchronous environments.

You will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible. Remote working environment. Equipment provided by Corti.
