Key Responsibilities
- Provide general labour support to site
- Load and unload building materials and distribute to appropriate locations
- Remove rubbish and building material from work areas
- Dig trenches, backfill holes etc. to prepare for construction
- Clean and prepare construction sites as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist with basic measurements and marking positions
- Report any hazards or safety concerns to site management
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous construction site experience preferred but not essential for right candidate
- Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Understanding of basic construction site safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Physically demanding role requiring lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Must adhere to all site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
