The Multi-Site Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and high standards across a portfolio of sites. Acting as the link between site management teams and senior leadership, this role will provide oversight, support, and accountability in key areas including health & safety, compliance, staff performance, and cleanliness.
This is a mobile role, requiring daily site visits, visible leadership, and a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
- Review day-to-day site operations, identifying risks, inefficiencies, or gaps in delivery.
- Support site managers in implementing best practice and corrective actions where required.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, tenancy agreements, and regulatory obligations.
Compliance & Health & Safety
- Ensure all sites are operating in line with health and safety legislation and company protocols.
- Carry out audits and produce clear reports, highlighting areas of concern and agreed action plans.
- Escalate non-compliance issues promptly and follow through to resolution.
Staff & Performance Management
- Observe site teams in practice, providing feedback, coaching, and support to ensure consistent standards.
- Identify training needs and liaise with senior managers to arrange development sessions.
- Act as an additional layer of accountability, ensuring staff and managers are delivering against agreed objectives.
Quality & Customer Experience
- Check communal areas, resident spaces, and back-of-house operations for cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure remedial work (maintenance, pest control, etc.) is actioned quickly and effectively.
- Support the delivery of a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents and visitors.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide concise, accurate reports on each site visit, flagging key risks and recommending solutions.
- Maintain open lines of communication with both site managers and regional leadership.
