MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, operating nationally with offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. Our primary focus lies in developing new build and conversion residential, industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio covering every asset class, which includes around 7,500 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.

Responsibilities
- Managing disputes and running own caseloads.
- Instructing Counsel and external Solicitors.
- Advise the property managers in relation to commercial/property disputes.
- Drafting comprehensive advice to the board.
- Drafting letters.
- Reviewing terms and conditions and providing strategic advice on the same.
- Legal Drafting.
- Advising on contractual disputes and contractual amendments.
- Supervising more junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Ideally you will have 4 years PQE in Commercial, Property or Construction Disputes.
- Be able to run your own case load with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear succinct advice.
- Good time management.
- Excellent organisation skills and record keeping.
- A good attention to detail.
- Well versed in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
