About the Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a major real estate developer based in Dubai, a well-established, high-growth organization known for large-scale property development projects in their search for a Talent Acquisition Director. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the talent acquisition function across the business, playing a critical part in supporting the organization's continued growth and expansion.
The Role
As Talent Acquisition Director, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the organization, leading a team responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across all levels of the business. You will partner closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategy with business growth plans, and will be instrumental in shaping the employer brand and candidate experience across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Partner with senior stakeholders and department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Drive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and senior-level positions, including Construction, MEP, and Technology roles
- Own and evolve the employer brand to attract top talent regionally and internationally
- Implement and optimize TA processes, systems, and metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, RPO partners, and sourcing channels as needed
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Candidate Requirements
- Openness to relocating to Dubai
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Currently in a senior-level Talent Acquisition or Recruitment position
- A proven track record recruiting for Construction, MEP, or Technology roles
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at senior leadership level
