This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Architect, based in the Manchester Area (optionally Sheffield or London), United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
The Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architecture solutions, provide consulting expertise, and interact with clients to translate their requirements into technical solutions. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to integrate software systems, streamline business processes, and deliver innovative solutions that meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture and system design
- AWS experience ideal
- Amazon Connect or Contact Centre experience
- Experience in Consulting to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong knowledge of Software Development methodologies and practices
- Expertise in Integration of systems and services for seamless operations
- Understanding of Business Process design and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
