This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solutions Architect, based in the Manchester Area (optionally Sheffield or London), United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient architecture solutions, provide consulting expertise, and interact with clients to translate their requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture and system design

- Amazon Connect or Contact Centre experience
