We're urgently recruiting for a Receptionist in Virginia Beach, VA.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-line phone by answering and dispatching calls, check voicemails and respond in an appropriate timely manner, take messages for other staff.
- Provide excellent customer service to callers and visitors.
- Greet visitors, confirm their meeting time and direct to location.
- Enter data into agency's software and Excel.
- Communicate with agency staff members.
- Make copies.
- File paperwork.
- Provide general information via phone and email (schedules, contact info, etc.)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $*****/hr.
