Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 approx. but depending on experience

Job Role:
- Use product knowledge to guide clients in product selection.
- Provide quotes for actuators, motors, drives and systems to potential customers.
- Provide technical support information.
- Formulate technical commercial solutions from customer enquiries.
- Aim to respond in a timely manner (<24hrs) to technical enquiries.
- Liaise with the customer and engineering to ensure the customer receives the appropriate support.
- Help to ensure that the departments KPI’s are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that prospective and existing clients are targeted with relevant marketing collateral.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field. Aerospace Engineering, Physics is an advantage.
