Location: On-site (Oxford-based)

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We design powertrains, body control and full-vehicle software and wiring for new cars, for Defence applications and for the conversion of classic cars to electric drive. Based in Oxford, we pride ourselves on high standards of craftsmanship, engineering excellence, and environmental responsibility.

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Electrical Harness Technician to join our dynamic and passionate Electrical Department. You’ll be instrumental in delivering the electrical backbone of our world-class EV conversions.

As an Electrical Harness Technician, you will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, and testing of bespoke electrical harnesses to the highest standards. Working in close collaboration with our design and engineering teams, your work will directly contribute to the performance and reliability of our EV conversions.

  • Experienced in crimping, soldering and harness assembly skills using high-specification components.
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and harness layout drawings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.
  • 5 GCSE's grade 9 – 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English and IT as a minimum.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office competency.
  • Able to travel daily to our base in Kidlington.
  • Basic understanding of workshop safety and physically able to carry out manual tasks.
