My client is looking to hire multiple embedded C++ engineers from mid-level to senior level; to apply you MUST HAVE 2 years + experience.
Experience engineers will need:
- Able to demonstrate some capability in object-oriented design and coding in C++/C/STL
- Able to conduct a C++ technical test
- OrCAD/Cadence PSpice
- MATLAB
- Verilog (Quartus)
- Familiarity with the STM32 ARM family of devices
- A thorough understanding of electronics, both digital and analogue
The following areas would be desirable but are not essential:
- Experience with high-speed data acquisition
- Experience with practical instrumentation (sensors etc)
- Familiarity with the FPGA design process
- Familiarity with Ethernet protocol
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Writing and maintaining C within an embedded platform
- Planning and designing embedded platform architectures
- Reviewing and proving embedded designs
Secondary responsibilities may include:
- Production Support (testing and procedures)
