Role : Electronics Hardware Design Engineer Location: Cheshire but mostly remote Onsite : mostly remote but sporadically required onsite 1x a week or every few / months We are an Electronics Design and Manufacturing company where our engineers are exposed to a lot of variety due to the vast range of industries we deal with. We value quality and aim for a right first-time approach. This role involves design of hardware for embedded and control systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout. Electronics Design Engineer with 15+ years experience Electronic design and schematic capture Multilayer PCB layout and design Prototype testing Ability to work with limited specifications & make engineering design decisions Ability to work under pressure across multiple projects whilst maintaining detail and accuracy Strong Analogue and Digital electronics design Schematic design and multilayer PCB layout ideally Altium and lay the circuit board in Altium Production or manufacturing test experience Firmware or embedded software experience in embedded C and ideally C++ Firmware or embedded software experience Programming and debugging C, C++, STM32, PIC Production or manufacturing test experience
